Your next steps…

Video Conference Call
Once you schedule an appointment with one of our financial consultants, you will receive an email outlining the next steps for you. Below are a couple forms if you’d like to get a head start on the process.
Sign our engagement contract. This form is required for every tax client at Virtual Tax Prep. This engagement letter is designed to confirm the terms and conditions under which we will provide you with tax services. It also outlines the responsibilities for each of us in this process.
We created a Tax Preparation Checklist to make it easier to organize documents for our clients. We recommend that clients print it out and check off necessary documents. Then keep a copy for their records.

Home Pick Up
Home Pick-Ups are only available during business hours. Please call us at (856)312-8192 to see if you qualify and schedule a pick-up.
Fill out a home pick-up form. We will not be able to process your return without this form filled out.

We do need all original documents to be in your pick-up packet. However, we will not need your photo identification to be included the packet (I.E. a driver’s license) or social security card, as we will scan these during pick-up.
Once your return is complete, we will contact you for payment and schedule a time for drop off. We will only release the documents to the original taxpayer.
Please note that any return with a due balance will not be sent to the IRS until balance is paid.
All home pick-ups will be charged a $10 surcharge fee in order to account for commute time and travel fees.
